Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 noon GMT (weekdays) are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after this time are shipped the next working day.
- Next Day Delivery is available only for orders placed before 12 noon GMT.
- All orders will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, a refund will be processed for the product(s) only (excluding shipping).
- Refunds are issued once the product has been safely returned to our warehouse.

- Free Shipping – on all orders over £30
- Economy: from £3.95 (typically 2 working days from dispatch)
- Next Day: from £8.40 (typically 1 working day from dispatch)
Europe
- Free Shipping – on all orders over €140
- Tracked Delivery: from €12.00 (typically 2–3 working days from dispatch)
Australia
- Standard Shipping: from AUD 10.00
- Express: typically within 5 working days of dispatch
- Tracked: typically within 10–20 working days of dispatch
Asia (example: UAE)
- United Arab Emirates: from AED 27.50 (typically 2–4 working days from dispatch)
Brexit & EU Customers As we ship from the UK:
- VAT: Payable at your local country’s rate, collected at delivery by your local customs authority.
- Customs duties: Orders over €150 may be subject to duty charges depending on product type and destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Where is my order?
- Check your dispatch confirmation email (sent to the email used at checkout).
- If not received, check your spam/junk folders or search for help@drinkneurosip.com or your order number.
Why is my order taking longer?
Delays can occur due to:
- Busy courier depots
- Distance from local depot (extra 1–2 days possible)
- Customs checks for international orders
My order hasn’t arrived
- Check with neighbours or your local depot/post office.
- For international orders, deliveries may transfer to a local partner service (e.g. UPS ® USPS).
My tracking number isn’t updating
- Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take time to activate.
- If the issue persists, please contact the courier directly.
