  1. What these terms cover
    These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. By purchasing any products, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. We may amend these terms from time to time, so please check before purchasing.

  3. Our contract with you - Order acceptance: A contract forms when we confirm your order by email.
    • If we cannot accept your order: We will notify you and you will not be charged.
    • Order number: Provided in your confirmation email. Please quote this when contacting us.
  4. Our products
    • Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary depending on your device.
    • Packaging: May differ slightly from images shown online.
  5. Our rights to make changes We may make minor changes to products:
    • To comply with laws or regulatory requirements, or
    • To make technical adjustments or improvements that do not affect use.
  6. Delivery of products
    • Costs: Displayed at checkout. For overseas orders, you are responsible for import duties/taxes.
    • Times: Products will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise agreed.
    • Delays: We are not liable for delays outside our control, but will keep you informed.
    • If you are not at home: The courier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
    • Failure to collect/rearrange: We may charge storage/re-delivery fees and may cancel the contract. Refunds will not be provided in this case.
    • Responsibility: Goods are your responsibility from the time of delivery.
    • Ownership: You own goods once full payment is received.
  7. Refunds & returns
    1. Refunds if you change your mind
      • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your products.
      • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
      • Products must be unopened, with seals and packaging intact (including outer trays).
      • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
      • Opened products cannot be refunded for hygiene/safety reasons (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(a)).
    2. Refunds for faulty or misdescribed goods
      • If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
      • After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction within a reasonable period.
      • We will cover reasonable return postage costs in these cases.
    3. Refund amounts and method
      • Refunds include the product cost and standard delivery charges.
      • Deductions may be made for handling beyond what is reasonable in a shop.
      • Refunds for upgraded shipping (e.g. express) will be capped at the cheapest standard option.
      • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods and will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

    We will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
  9. Price and payment
    • Product prices are shown on order pages at checkout.
    • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
  10. Consuming our products
    • Please consult a healthcare professional before adding new products to your diet.
    • By purchasing, you confirm you have checked the ingredients and allergens, and accept responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
    • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
    • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before consuming our products.
    • ReviteDrinks Ltd is not liable for any adverse health outcomes if consumed without medical consultation.
  11. Other important terms
    • Transfer of rights: We may transfer our rights/obligations under these terms to another organisation.
    • Your rights: You may only transfer your rights/obligations with our written consent.
    • Third-party rights: No one else has rights under this contract.
    • Delays in enforcement: We may enforce these terms at any time, even if we delay initially.
    • Law & jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
